To you help you sound your best on Tuesday, select this private run-through of the meeting, which includes brief corrections and guidance. If time allows, we can go over any questions you have.
Booking Policies
***ALL SESSIONS***

If you run into booking issues, please contact Addie. I'm a real person and we'll see if we can fix it.

A non-refundable, minimum deposit of $15 is required to reserve the date, time, and preparation of your tutoring session. You do want me to show up prepared, don't you?

Rescheduling: Clients use their current deposit/payment to book the new session.

Cancelling: Clients receive a refund for the amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancelling/Rescheduling made within 72 hours of the session must be communicated directly to Addie, and is considered a "no show".

Frequent reschedules/cancellations may result in no-show fees or refusal of future services.

If Addie is unable to attend a scheduled tutoring session, the student will be invited to reschedule or cancel.

If Addie is unable to attend a scheduled tutoring session with fewer than 3 days' notice to the student, the student will receive a $15 discount on a future booking (good for 30 days from the date sent).

If Addie cancels or reschedules more than 3 times in a 6-month period, you are welcome to find a different tutor because apparently I have dropped the ball somewhere and I can't find it.
***TWO-STUDENT SESSIONS***
Two-student sessions are offered at a discounted price and include an additional time.
If neither student can attend, the session may be rescheduled or cancelled according to the policies above.
If only one student cannot attend, Addie must be notified as early as possible. The remaining student can opt to:

Reschedule or cancel the two-student session according to the policies above;

Cancel the session according to the policies above, and book again as a single student;

Keep the session as scheduled: If the remaining student would like to keep the session, the session rate changes to that of a single student session. Refunds will be issued as necessary. The refund will be calculated based on the paid amount minus the standard price for a single student session with the same session duration.

Example: Two students booked a 45-minute session to cover one study focus for a session price of $70. A week before the session, one student realizes that they can no longer attend. The remaining student wants to keep the time slot, and notifies Addie. A 45-minute session for a single student is $45. Therefore, the refund is $25.
