Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment must be cancelled and rebooked. Cancellations within 3 - 7 days of the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees do not apply when there is a verifiable power outage or emergency at the time of the appointment; please contact OKC Spanish with proof of concern to have the cancellation fee waived (example: screenshot of power outage text from electric company) . Frequent reschedules/cancellations may result in revocation of booking access.
